Governing Law/Jurisdictional Issues

The website is controlled, operated and administered by Metzler from Canada. Metzler makes no representation or warranty that the website or any of the Content is appropriate or available for use at any locations outside Canada. These terms of use shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws in force in the Province of Ontario, Canada, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
