I specialize in providing the best defence possible for my clients in criminal trials, appeals, and professional disciplinary hearings.
My goals are to ensure that you understand your rights, and to guide you through the complexities of the court process. Your first interaction with the justice system may be at a bail hearing and it’s here that you must understand your rights and what you must do: I am available 24 hours to help you.
My experience includes defending all types of criminal cases, including:
- DUI/Over 80/Drunk driving
- Narcotics and drug-related offences
- Crimes of violence
- Domestic and sexual assault
- Weapons-related offences
- Theft and fraud
I have a proven track record of success in defending my clients, often having cases withdrawn or dismissed. And I work hard to reduce the stress you experience as you proceed through the court system, by providing personal one-on-one contact.
I help you to understand your rights
When you are charged with a criminal offence, you need to know your rights. Always remember that:
- You are considered to be innocent until proven guilty. You must be found guilty within the rules of evidence and the law.
- The case against you must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Enough compelling evidence must be collected and presented to convince the court that you are guilty. The court may only consider evidence and testimony that is legally admissible, and lawfully obtained.
